First, I want to say that I absolutely love the TV. When it got here and it was installed seamlessly by the crew that came from the geek squad, it looks absolutely amazing!. For a reasonable price TV, the quality is excellent. I have been enjoying watching mainly sporting events but other things too. Had it mounted on a full motion mount. The crew that came did an excellent job and was very professional. The one thing I will say is it takes a long time for the Google TV platform to install. They waited patiently so they could finish all the other work for that to take place even though I have high speed internet. It took about 15 to 20 minutes for the platform to download and install along with the updates. So be aware. The one negative is the scheduling process for the appointment was horrible. Scheduled it well in advance and a week before I was contacted that they were canceling and it needed to be rescheduled. For some reason they said they didn't have the TV but that was in stock when I ordered and it was still a week to go. I was able to schedule it for one day later and they contacted me multiple times to reschedule it but I had already scheduled it. When I called they had no idea what was going on and said the TV was a stocking issue. That's a surprise because every other store around here has them. There is evidently a real problem with the scheduling system and how it's handled. I got the appointment time the night before and they showed up 10 minutes earlier than the window which was not a problem for me. So the actual crew was top notch. Best buy really needs to work on their scheduling system and the people who support it because they were clueless when I called and asked for specific information.

Was looking for a good 65” 4K TV, backlit, Bluetooth capable & adequate connectivity. We have an older 75” Bravia that’s still working great, so we opted for this TV. Certainly not disappointed; easy setup, Bluetooth to some Bose powered speakers and it looks/sounds terrific.

I bought this TV to replace my 55” Samsung that only lasted 4 years before it broke down. This new Sony TV is the latest model in the 2023 series and was very easy to set up right out of the box. Superb picture quality for the price. I’m very satisfied.

Great picture, but remote has some cons.

Using the remote is a little more complicated. Doesn’t always just go to my Google TV homepage. Some lagging when I speak into the voice. Great picture.!

We also appreciate your honest feedback on the remote and the voice command performance. To help with the lagging, it's a good idea to make sure your TV has the latest firmware updates installed. You can also try a power reset by unplugging the TV from the wall for a couple of minutes to refresh the software. This can often help improve performance with navigation and voice commands.

Clear picture nice sound user friendly kid friendly parental controls lots of apps, google, this TV is a win win. Definitely a keeper. I think it’ll be around for years. This was a great buy, great brand, great price.
