My screen went black on me a few days while watching television with my daughter and the standby light came on flashing in red 6 times try to reset it and nothing Sony if u know this tactic is going to happen make it on the customer who can’t afford reupholster on warranty extensions now I have to call geek squad to repair it also the television actually come on by itself and and turn on some times also talk with other friends of mine they said they was experiencing the same issues is there a glitch somewhere in the system

100% satisfied. Great picture, beautiful colors, very easy to set up and use. Very impressed with Sony. Wish I had ponied up and bought this quality previously.

This Sony 65" X850G Series Smart TV has such great picture quality! The only issue that I have with it, is the sound quality. I find that the right soundbar to compliment this TV will make it complete.

Wonderful coloring and lighting and that refresh rate, wow. The most impressive is the fact this TV works with your devices, I.e., when I ask Siri to turn off my Apple TV, my wonderful Television turns off with it. You can also use the Sony remote on the Apple TV.

Some Pros: -Great picture with a 10 bit panel -Fast speed with 120 hz refresh rate Cons: -If you shut off the TV while in an APP, the next time you go to turn the TV on, it freezes. So, you will have to unplug the tv and replying for it to restart. It’s very annoying to have to continuously do. -Sometimes it’ll randomly freeze -YouTubeTV randomly freezes often -The volume will occasionally randomly shut off -The screen turns a dark grayish when supposed to be black. Ultimately, for the price I paid and the brand name, I was very disappointed. I expected Sony to offer a beautiful TV for this almost $900 TV. I should’ve spent a few hundred more and got the 900F. Or I should’ve went with the Samsung RU8000. I don’t know if my tv is just defective. But it was a regretful purchase and I am highly considering returning it. Would not recommend.

Tv has a good picture. The remote and home screen takes a little getting used to. WiFi seems to connect ok to the tv. Overall this seems to be a good tv so far.

The picture quality is gorgeous. If you want a tv that displays natural colors buy a Sony! I also have a 55” X950G in my bedroom. I’m so happy that I listened to the store rep.

This was a replacement for a mitsubishi diamond tv, price was right, went to a 65 inch, picture is great sound not so great guess we need s sound bar. Glad this was taken care of before being housebound w COVID

Picture is bright and colorful . Enjoyable to watch and doesn't take up a lot of space . Viewing from various angles without distortion is possible. Adds extra dimension in tv watching

Great picture and clarity the only complaint I have is that when the scene is dark its not completely black on the whole screen especially if you are watching something with the black bars on the top and bottom for example i sit on the right side of the TV and the top left corner looks brownish or grayish inside of dark black. despite this negative everything looks great.

Picture quality is wonderful sharp colors was easy to setup with two people and has on-screen instructions for connecting Best Buy delivered when they promised.

We are extremely happy with this wonderful TV! The picture quality is amazing, It is great for watching sports, movies, you name it. We could not have picked a better TV for the price. Our inhome Consultant did a marvelous job of steering us in the right direction when we discussed what we were looking for.

I bought this TV during the Christmas holiday and I cant stop watching it. All around excellent 4K experience with great picture. I also purchased the Sony 800 M2 4K blu-ray player and the picture is amazing, while watching 4k disc movies.. I also recommend getting the Apple TV 4K for streaming, its the perfect companion for this excellent TV.

Excellent product by Sony Great picture quality easy se-up

Good picture on the tv, calibration by geek squad fine tuned it. Easy to navigate through programs and apps. Downside is this is the 2nd tv that I’ve had to replace within 2-3 years because the panel went out. Yes it’s been replaced twice at full price to the newest updated tv but it still costs $300 every time for the extended warranty.

Very easy to set up. The base legs were a piece of cake to install. Picture and sound are also great for this tv.

Bought this tv because I was looking for better a better picture and Much bigger tv and this was perfect One, you can’t go wrong with Sony
