Customer Ratings & Reviews

I absolutely love my a6100. As someone who’s not too familiar with cameras or photography in general this camera has been an absolute breeze to use! I bought it because I was going to Disneyland and really did not want iPhone quality pictures, but instead something that’s really made to tackle major events such as a family trip to Disney! It was amazing, with or without flash, my photos came out magnificent. It doesn’t take an Einstein to use nor change any of the settings! (Especially since there are so many videos and sites about the best setting to use for what). Genuinely the only thing that hindered this camera from getting 5 stars is the size, I’m a mini purse kind of lady so it’s just a tad bit too large for the size purses I tend to carry :( But it’s not heavy at all! So the neck / shoulder strap is super convenient. The charge lasted me all day at Disney (I did turn it off when not using but nonetheless) and it recharges fairly quickly. I would 100% recommend this camera to any beginner/intermediate. Everytime someone sees my pics from Disney/graduation they ask me what camera I used! Love love love this camera.

This is a compact mirrorless camera that offers pro-quality results without the expense or size of top-end models. The 24.2MP APS-C sensor takes sharp, color-filled photos with excellent detail, even in low light. What truly sets it apart is Sony’s Real-Time Eye AF and subject tracking. Incredibly fast and accurate, making it almost impossible to miss focus whether you’re capturing portraits, pets, or action shots. For content creators, the a6100 shoots 4K video using the full readout of all pixels, which gives razor-sharp, sharp videos. The colors look natural, and the flip-up touchscreen screen makes it perfect for vlogging or self-portraiture. While it lacks in-body stabilization, using it with a stabilized lens mitigates to a large degree that deficiency. The compact, travel-friendly design is matched with intuitive controls and good battery life. There's integrated Wi-Fi and Bluetooth for speedy and effortless sharing of photos. A mic jack is a lovely addition to content creators, while the absence of a headphone jack and IBIS might be a negative to some. Overall, the Sony Alpha 6100 is a great all-rounder, ideal for beginners wanting to move up from smartphone cameras or enthusiasts wanting a good general-purpose camera. It's fast, intelligent, and consistently takes outstanding photos.

I’ve been extremely happy with the Sony Alpha 6100. The autofocus is incredibly fast and reliable, making it easy to capture sharp photos and smooth video. Image quality is outstanding, even in lower light, and the colors look natural and vibrant. The compact size makes it easy to carry everywhere, while the 16-50mm lens is versatile enough for everyday photography and video. As someone who creates content, I especially appreciate the flip-up screen, 4K video quality, and how simple it is to transfer photos to my phone. Overall, this camera delivers excellent performance for the price and has exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality mirrorless camera, whether you’re a beginner or looking to step up your content creation.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am extremely impressed with my Sony camera. The image quality is outstanding, with sharp details, vibrant colors, and excellent performance in both bright and low-light conditions. The autofocus is incredibly fast and accurate, making it easy to capture perfect shots every time. The camera is well-built, easy to use, and packed with features that are useful for both beginners and experienced photographers. The battery life is great, and the overall performance exceeds my expectations. Whether I'm taking photos or recording videos, the results are consistently professional and stunning. Sony has done an amazing job with this camera, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality camera.

I couldn’t be happier with my Sony 0X! From the moment I started using it, I was blown away by the incredible image quality, sharpness, and color accuracy. The camera feels solid and well-built, yet it’s easy to handle, making every shoot a joy. Autofocus is lightning fast, and low-light performance is amazing—my photos come out crisp and vibrant even in challenging conditions. The menu system is intuitive, and I love how customizable it is to fit my shooting style perfectly. Whether I’m capturing landscapes, portraits, or everyday moments, this camera delivers stunning results every time. It has truly elevated my photography and made shooting more fun than ever. If you’re considering a Sony, I can’t recommend the 0X enough—it’s simply fantastic!

This is such a good camera!! It is a little on the bigger side but I can still fit it in a purse. I did not have to change any of the settings and with that alone the colors on the camera look so vibrant. All close up selfies make your skin look airbrushed. Battery is amazing as well, took it on a week long trip to cancun only had to charge it once.

I love this camera. I take a lots of pics for outfits, for restaurants also nature and the quality is amazong. Also, i do short vlogs and it works perfect! Also, is not heavy as a left handed girl heavy electronics dont go with me and this is light.

As a content creator, the Sony a6100 has been amazing. The 4K video is crisp, and the flip-up screen makes filming myself so easy. The eye autofocus keeps everything sharp without me having to constantly adjust focus. It’s lightweight but still feels professional.

This is great for travel! Great image quality for social media

I wasnt sure what to expect when i bought this camera since the display model wasnt available but based off reviews i went ahead and bought it and im so glad i did. This camera is beginner friendly the pictures come out amazing and i always get online (after posting my photos) what kind of camera i have. Its perfect for family vacation photos or on the go since its compact.

I've always wanted a "fancy" camera and for my birthday I was able to get myself this to start teaching myself new techniques and learning the ins and outs of a mirrorless camera. I have been having so much fun with this thing and my photos have come out spectacular. I'm still learning how to properly use it and it is definitely going to be a journey, but I will take it with me everywhere until I'm ready for a newer generation. It's easy to use and I'm also lending it to my fiance so he can take nice pictures of ME lol. The focus is great and I got several different lenses that have worked perfectly with this. I'm sure I can make this camera work to my ever developing style with more premium lenses in the future. The weight of it is fine. I don't know what one would consider light or heavy with a camera but I have no problem with it.

Amazing I love this camera. The quality chefs kiss & the ease to use amazing

I AM IN LOVE WITH IT, amazing camara amazing quality and so many lenses! Easy to use too!

I originally wanted the Canon G7X mark iii but i did research and honestly this is so much better! price is amazing compared to the viral camera and pictures come out SO good!!! i’ll leave some results down below for the girlies! (no edits, raw pics!)

Amazing camera! Superb image quality, fast autofocus, great for photos and videos — perfect for travel and daily use!

Love this camera is easy to use photos are amazing best camera ever!!

it’s a wonderful, very useful camera. Takes some nice aesthetic pictures. I really recommend this camera. Nice dupe of Canon GX7 you guys should give it a try if you want a good quality and affordable camera. 10/10 Flash included.

This camera’s quality is excellent, I have had it for 3 months and I have no complaints. I like how I can easily alter the settings to make it picture perfect. I also love the screen flip feature so I know how I look before taking the picture. And it’s own built in flash? I cannot say I dislike anything about the camera itself however It is a little too chunky and it does not fit into my small purses. I love to take it everywhere with me to shoot both portraits and scenic views. You will not regret purchasing this camera!

This camera for beginners is SUPER good. I love it so so much. I can play with the settings and take baddie pictures or angel’s type pictures! This is your sign to buy it..

Camera has great quality and was easy figuring out the settings.
