The electret condenser capsule gives the best results when run on 5 VDC power source; however, the functionality range is 1.1 to 10 VDC. The mic comes with an alligator lapel clip that easily attaches to the wearer's clothing and stays there firmly. Further, the supplied foam windscreen reduces noise due to wind and breath. The offered frequency response is 40 Hz to 20 kHz and is sufficiently wide according to the industry standards.
