If you find the zoom ring hard to rotate, you can contact the dealer for possible replacement, or send it to our service center so we can have it checked and fixed. This is a great standard lens for Sony. I got this with my 7rii and is excellent to have with you everyday while shooting. I enjoy the variety in the zoom and f/. It is lightweight and easy to carry around.

Crisp clean images, ease of use, fast, quiet focusing. What’s not to love? I have not had a chance to compare it to the Zeiss/Sony lens of the same focal length but I am pleasantly surprised by this lens.
