I love this controller! It is so cute! I needed a replacement because my previous controller had stick drift. This one works just like the previous one but the buttons click smoother and, obviously, no stick drift so I'm happy. Not to mention the satisfaction I get from playing Genshin with my Genshin themed controller lol. The price was kind of high but considering my last controller lasted 6 years (and I can still technically use it, it's just annoying for certain games) this one isn't a terrible investment. I got one for myself and my son for the gaming he does on his computer and he raved about how much better it was than his last one. Anyone who's a fan will love it and it's esthetically pleasing even if you aren't a fan.

10 out 10 controller, works perfectly with no issues, and design is great, you can see the outline of the twins on the emblem in the middle, and overall very pretty.

The only reason I got this controller was so I could play Genshin Impact on my PC after a friend told me I could connect PS5 controllers to my PC. It has officially replaced my old Xbox controller. Best self-indulgent birthday gift I've treated myself to, no regrets. Also Best Buy came in clutch as pre-orders for this controllers was sold out everywhere.

I unfortunately missed my chance to purchase this controller on the official PlayStation website waiting for my paycheck to come through at the time. But lucky me Best Buy was also selling it! I love Genshin Impact so I HAD to get one! This controller is absolutely stunning- the navy teal, off white and gold- mwah! Chefs kiss, I’ll cherish this forever! I’m sooo HAPPY I was able to get one!!

Its pretty, its shiny, it plays great, not much else you could want from a controller.

Really pretty controllers with great eye to detail. The Traveler theme for the controller is perfect and the touch pad looks great. We bought two of them and one of the boxes was a little beat up from shipping, but no damage to the controller thankfully. Other than that, the controller is great!

Very good and well made controller. I had a lot of fun using this controller and it works better than a normal one and it comes with side grips.
