The earbuds and the charging case are pre-set with information that allows them to communicate with and from each other, and these settings can only be configured at an Authorized Service Center with both components present. In case one of the earbuds or the charging case is lost or damaged, you should send the remaining items (earbuds and charging case) to an Authorized Service Center so that a replacement for the missing part can be paired with the remaining components.
