You need a separate display port cable as it is not included and once plugged in, it works pretty flawlessly. The setup was pretty simple.

I purchased for my 77" OLED with no expectations of regrets. Also love the smoother performance of Psvr2. What I didn't expect was the massive improvement to using my Playstation Portal! Something I was beginning to regret purchasing is not in my hands for every movie I watch with the family. System has never crashed on anything yet either.

I've used multiple different adapters that claimed to be better than this official one, but had constant issues with connection. this official one has no problems at all. it may be priced higher that the third party ones, but just save yourself from the headache and get the official.

This is a must have it works great! It is easy to set up and the menus walk you right through the process. You will now finally be able to experience Halflife Alyx VR on your PC through PS VR2.

I recieved used item box instead of new item box. This is the first time I got this kind of experience from BestBuy. I will recommend to buy this item in person from BestBuy rather than placing order online on BestBuy.

The adapter works well and the setup process was relatively painless however the software stability needs a little more time to improve

Let’s hope this ages like fine wine because at launch things are buggy.

Horrible experience the entire time trying to play games! Something that is supposed to be fun is nothing but a troubleshooting frustration! Would expect a high-end pc could handle this technology? Steer far away if you dont want to throw your $700 psvr2 set.

picked up the PSVR2 PC adapter recently, and honestly, I’m pretty impressed. Setup was super straightforward — basically plug it in, install the software, and it worked without any headaches. I didn’t have to mess around with long tutorials or complicated configs, which I really appreciated. On the PC side, the visuals are where it really shines. The OLED display on the headset pops compared to a lot of LCD-based headsets I’ve used. Colors look richer, blacks are deeper, and everything feels sharp and immersive. SteamVR games run smooth and it really feels like I’m getting more out of the hardware now. It’s not perfect though. You don’t get all the fancy PS5 features like eye tracking, HDR, or haptics in the headset, which is kind of a bummer. The cable setup also isn’t the cleanest since you need DisplayPort and an extra power connection. And you do need a decent Bluetooth setup for the controllers. That said, for me, the pros outweigh the cons. I wanted a simple way to unlock my PSVR2 for PC VR, and this adapter does exactly that. If you already own the headset, this adapter is a great value — it’s made my PC VR library way more fun to dive into.

The Sony PlayStation VR2 PC Adapter is an absolute must-have if you own a capable gaming PC. While the PSVR2 headset is excellent hardware, I found myself using it less on my PS5 because the game library is still limited, and many of the titles are on the pricey side. With this adapter, however, the headset truly comes alive—it works seamlessly with PC, unlocking access to a massive catalog of VR experiences at often much better value. The PSVR2 itself has always impressed me with its display, comfort, and tracking, but the lack of consistent PlayStation support left it feeling underutilized. This adapter completely changes that, breathing new life into the device and making it one of the best VR headsets you can use on PC today. If you already own the headset and a solid gaming rig, this adapter is a game-changer.

Set-up was pretty simple and quick. It took only a couple of minutes to set up and it's worked flawless for me so far. It's pretty compact so it doesn't clutter up my desk either. A couple of things to keep in mind for anyone getting this. You already need your own PSVR2 Headset and Controllers. You'll need an HDMI cable of your own to plug into the Adapter and into your GPU's HDMI port. The controllers connect via Bluetooth so if your computer doesn't have that you'll need an external dongle to connect the controllers. You'll need Steam installed and to download the PSVR2 App on steam in order to use your PSVR2 Headset. That's really all you need to keep in mind. The adapter does its job and it's a must for anyone who has a decent PC and wants to get the most out of their PSVR2 headset.
I am completely blown away by the visual quality on this headset. The eye-tracking works flawlessly and makes menus and aiming feel like magic. The Horizon bundle is a must-buy; the environments are gorgeous and it really shows off what the PS5 can do in VR. Highly recommend if you want true next-gen gaming.

PlayStation VR2 PC Adapter works exactly as expected—plug-and-play simplicity with solid performance. It allows the PS VR2 to connect to a PC smoothly, unlocking more VR content beyond the console. Setup was quick, and everything from tracking to visuals remains sharp and responsive. A must-have if you want to get more out of your PS VR2 on PC.

Once you get it hooked up there are a few hoops to jump through getting it to interact with Steam on PC, but it was pretty straightforward. Played MS Flightsim and it worked perfectly! Good to get some more life out of the VR vs just using it on the limited PlayStation market.

Works very well with Steam VR. Steam has a wider selection of VR than PS5 VR2. On first setting it up, I had a small problem, but this was corrected when I switched to a different USB port. No problems since. I would recommend this to family and friends who have a PS5 VR2 system.

This thing does as advertised but not without working with it for a bit. I got the controllers to work but some other computers may need a separate bluetooth dongle to pair them. It's honestly wild they didn't include their own bluetooth chip in the box. For $60 it's a really barebones adapter. You also need an extra DisplayPort cable as well cause they don't include one either. Yeah it works fine but it's too expensive for what it is. If you already have a PSVR2 and want it working with a PC it's cheaper than buying a whole other VR headset, but if you don't then I'd look into other options.

A little hard to set up and you probably will run into issues but other than that it feels great.

Had a little difficulty setting it up. My controllers were having trouble pairing and staying connected initially. Got a larger antenna on an extended cable for my motherboard and that solved the issue. Despite less clarity than the Quest 3 due to the fresnel lenses, the PSVR2 is a MUCH better PCVR headset experience for me. There is just something special about OLED, uncompressed video signal, and simplicity and ease of use that come with a wired connection. No futzing about with Virtual Desktop, Airlink, or Steamlink settings. No worrying about latency and a million different things that can case a Quest 3's PCVR experience to be less than perfect. This just works and works extremely well once it is set up. I'd been eagerly awaiting this adapter since before it was even announced, have been checking every single day for news about it for months, and am so satisfied now that it's finally here. 10/10 strongly recommend
