Great audio quality, comfortable to wear for a long time

High Quality headphones, comfortable, great sound

Great price when working on a budget, and good for podcasting.

I've always wanted a pair of these headphones and so far, I understand why these have been a staple in studios since the 80's. These are pretty comfortable after hours of continued usage and have a solid response for when you're working on music. It also doesn't hurt that these are usually far less expensive than the other, popular name brand headphones out there. I highly recommend these both as a music producer and as a DJ. They're also great for casual use. I cannot compliment these headphones enough.

Head phones have a clear and rich sound, I like the light weight and comfortable feel when wearing them, also love the noise cancelling shutting out unwanted sounds.

These have been a staple in studios since the 1990s they reveal hidden artifacts in your audio, as a content creator on YouTube (Lost Vantage) I use these to reveal noise and remove sounds that make your audio sound unprofessional. If you're looking for a professional set of headphones to set you up for professionalism and accuracy I highly recommend these. You cannot go wrong with purchasing them. They're the best headphones a content creator can use under $500 you're not going to come any closer.

I love using this model to listen to music and podcasts. The sound is warm and rich and the bass is just right. I'm not sure how good these will be for studio mixing, but overall they are a solid set of headphones. The band is adjustable and the padding is comfortable but seem as though they may wear over time. Upon research, they can be easily replaced.

These headphones are considered the "gold standard" in video and audio monitoring and I found them to be excellent. The response is very flat and accurate, the headphones are very comfortable, and they seem to be built to last a long time. They were a great price, so I would not hesitate to recommend them.

As painfully generic as these things look, there is a reason why professionals use these quite often. They're durable, comfortable once you get them broken in and they are great for mixing or even regular listening. Since they've been around for a good while, many many accessories are available and replacement pads are easy to get. Plus replacement parts are readily available. Although, I only really have two complaints. The biggest one being the cable. Yes, these are meant to be studio headphones and basically plugged in at your desk and left there. But having the option to remove and replace the cable with ease should be the default; since coiled cables are not as favorable anymore. But because these headphones have been available for many years, others have tinkered around and easily found ways to remove the cable and replace it with a headphone jack and just make a DIY removable cable. My other complaint involves the original ear pads. The fake leather is super thin and wrinkly and honestly, Sony should know better than to repeatedly sell one of their most well known headphones with the cheapest possible pads. If you happen to be familiar with the Sony MDR-ZX110, the $10 on-ear headphones that you buy as a spare just in case, those earpads share a lot of similarities with the earpads on the 7506. But like I mentioned before, 3rd party pads exist and they can be had for cheap. If you're just starting with sound mixing or podcasting, get these because the professionals use these as well. If you can get them on sale or use coupons to lower the price, even better.

Built well, comfortable and good frequency response for the price.

I really like these headphones a lot. I needed new ones to replace old Bose headphones I used for over twenty years and I honestly like these better. I use them for everything from music to movies, asmr and podcasts and so they are used for longer periods of time and I find them very comfortable and they block outside noise pretty good. I’m very with this purchase.

I’m completely amazed with the sound quality coming from this not expensive headphones, they are so good that I got two of them. I wish I had purchased this pair longer ago before spending money in more expensive ones with less quality,

Excellent sound and comfort for my PC listening needs. Ear muffs isolate ambient sound much more than I expected. Cord is robust and a bit heavy so I recommend not letting it hang unsupported from the PC headphone port. --r

The sound quality is absolutely amazing. Cute little bag that they come in. Convenient folding for portability but they sound great

They sound good but over modulate at reasonable volume. When recording and mastering through headphones, some music is better represented at higher volume. That cannot be achieved with these. So my use for them is limited.

Great sound quality. It can connect to my laptop and an extension piece for the studio. It fits comfortably on my ears and blocks out surrounding noises well.

For the Price and Sound Quality is perfect. I got home and couldn't wait to plug them in. Now remind you I am 62yrs old and back in my day these would of been very popular.

Best in class if you seriously about ya music! Listen there’s a reason why you see them in practically every professional studio and world star artists recording their music in them….

I received this as a birthday gift and it has been a gamechanger for my recording sessions! I'm able to hear my audio tracks very clear and the jack worked perfectly with my equipment.
