    Tough card

256 gb is a solid amount of storage for a high mega pixel camera or for video. I truet it more than lexar at the moment.

Worth the price for Data protection.

Sony tough cards are expensive, but the top of reliable operations. I have three of these now, the price can feel expensive but for modern cameras that need fast data feeds, they are needed. Please read your manual or go online to see if this card is what you need. It is for slot one on a Sony A7III or either slot on a GX9 or GH5. It will work in my A7RII but only at class 1 speeds. Again my data is worth protecting. A lost vacation set of pictures or a lost wedding is tragic.

    Work well on Sony cameras

Fast cards that work with the Sony AR& 1V A. Since it records stills at 60 Mb, you use a lot of card space quickly, the 256 GB size means I will not run out of space with the 2 cards.

Questions & Answers
  • Will this card work with a sony alpha 7iv camera even though it is not v90 but v60, can you please describe what these designations mean, and how they affect picture quality, i.e. compare and contrast.

Hello, Sony commitment to customer satisfaction is our top priority. Yes it will work, it will never have an effect on image quality, emptying the buffer will be slower however and some bit rate in video will not be available. Sony Social Support - Yohan
