The product is a good surprise for me. It sounds a lot better than I expected for the price I paid.

I got this as an excellent used item and it is in great shape. The sound is amazing when I’m at home. But I got it for use in my older car and it is barely audible at times although it can be more clearly heard if I roll up all the windows. I don’t understand the tech side of it but I would say the output outside of an enclosed space is not nearly as clear as when you’re indoors. I don’t know how people can hear it when bike riding because for me the sound doesn’t travel well outdoors. I actually bought it to replace another portable Bluetooth speaker that I thought was losing its power but they’re the same. I don’t mind spending the extra money on an item I didn’t need in the end because it’s great quality. I enjoy using it in the kitchen when I’m cooking or just listening to tunes.

For the refurbished, the quality was great. Speakers were clean, not damaged, and had amazing sound and volume. The battery life is great it has lasted me a few closing shifts. The packaging was kind of messed up, though I care more about the product itself. Did not disappoint!

Small but high-quality. The sound is clear, and despite its small size, it delivers better sound than expected. Sony remains reliable.
