I recently had the opportunity to try out the Sony SRS-XE200 Portable X-Series Bluetooth Speaker in black, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. This compact speaker delivers impressive sound quality and a host of convenient features that make it a great choice for music lovers on the go. First and foremost, the sound produced by this speaker is outstanding. Despite its small size, the SRS-XE200 delivers clear, rich audio with impressive bass response. The sound is well-balanced, and I was pleasantly surprised by the speaker's ability to fill a room with immersive sound. Whether I was listening to my favorite tracks or streaming a podcast, the audio quality was consistently excellent. The Bluetooth connectivity of the SRS-XE200 is seamless and hassle-free. Pairing my devices with the speaker was quick and easy, and I experienced no issues with dropouts or signal loss during usage. The speaker also has a decent wireless range, allowing me to move around without losing the connection. The portability of this speaker is a major highlight. It is lightweight and compact, making it ideal for taking on the go. I appreciated the built-in rechargeable battery, which provided several hours of playback time on a single charge. Additionally, the speaker's sleek design and black color give it a modern and stylish look that blends well with any decor. Another useful feature of the SRS-XE200 is the built-in microphone, which allows for hands-free calling. I found this particularly convenient when receiving calls while playing music. The speaker automatically switches to call mode, and the microphone picked up my voice clearly without any distortion. One minor drawback is the lack of water resistance, so it's important to keep the speaker away from water or moisture. Additionally, while the overall sound quality is excellent, audiophiles may desire slightly more nuanced audio performance. In conclusion, the Sony SRS-XE200 Portable X-Series Bluetooth Speaker is a top-notch device that delivers impressive sound quality, ease of use, and portability. Its sleek design and reliable Bluetooth connectivity make it a fantastic option for those who want to enjoy high-quality audio on the go. Great speaker, the lights are cool, very easy to connect to your smartphone via Bluetooth, the sound is great, good volume, bass is great. Music sounds clear and without distortion. I'm happy with the product.

I was amazed by how long the battery lasted on a single charge, giving me uninterrupted music enjoyment for hours on end. I purchased this speaker for my Can-Am Commander SxS, it fits in my rear window perfectly and the bass and sound is amazing compared to other speakers that I have tried, it is very loud and clear, great price compared to other models this not only sounds great but the features with the app are great, will be purchasing Sony in the future.

Great Speaker. I got it on sale and was not too sure about what to expect. The speaker is awesome, it can handle large space and fill them with perfect sound without any problems, it also works great for smaller spaces. The base is deep. It pairs up to multiple devices and switching between them is super easy. Battery lasts forever and you can charge your phone or other devices with it. Very well built and looks amazing.

I love this speaker! Very loud great quality sound portable battery lasts a decent amount of time I throw it in my backpack while I ride my motorcycle and as long as I’m not on the freeway I can hear it just fine

Very good for a Bluetooth speaker, only a few areas for improvement. -The sound quality is very good, though it tends to be bass heavy at low volumes and there’s only one audio mode that allows it to be turned back. There’s no equalizer for the Livesound mode and Audioclarity+ is only available with Megabass on. It does have much better midrange than most Bluetooth speakers I’ve listened to. -Livesound does provide a fairly convincing stage depth effect when positioned in front of the listener properly. -It tends to rollover easily on uneven surfaces. -Both apps could use some design and usability improvements, but they both work. -Even with autostandby on, it will remain on and connected to my iPhone indefinitely, even with no audio playing. -The lighting could use more effects and more customizability, and it would be better if it could get brighter when plugged in.

We fired this speaker up for its first interior painting gig! I accidentally got some paint on it, and the rubber material wiped right off. It was super loud but never distorted. We forgot a charger for two or three days and it just kept working. I love this speaker!

This speaker is great. If you are looking for bass this is the one to choose. It is a heavy speaker and very durable. I love the appearance and feel. The battery life is also great

Loud enough to hear it over a vacuum cleaner, oven vent, etc. I leave mine plugged in while using it, playing music between breaks. Lasts 7-8 hours otherwise at 90% volume. Strange there is no aux jack underneath the charging cover. The bass is almost too strong, while the high end is slightly muffled, like the sound is bouncing around a corner... Lag is very low, almost nonexistent, even playing through a bluetooth antenna to reach this thing. I'd rather see a minimum battery life claim advertised for these things. How long can it go at full volume playing metal and house music? Its a more useful figure for customers.

I needed a garage speaker, and this thing is overkill. It sounds pretty good, has plenty of bass, and gets real loud and won't distort at max volume. I rarely find myself charging it and haven't regretted my purchase one time. The range is pretty good. Not astounding, but about what I expect.

I love the sound and the lights it’s amazing volume

Fantastic speaker, very portable and very loud! Great sound and very aesthetically pleasing

I bought this speaker 2 months ago and since then I’ve noticed a few things. This speaker destroys the lows anything hip hop based or alternative will rock these drivers. But when putting on lynyrd skynyrd I noticed that the guitar wouldn’t come through as much as the kicker on the drum. I found the simply going into the eq on the Sony app fixed this issue. The battery was my main worry as I have had jbl speakers in the past that die quicker then others , but the battery on the Sony XG 300 is the best I’ve had on a Bluetooth speaker so far. Good work Sony!

Audio is one of my favorite things, but it last how many hours it's supposed to, I’ve been abusing it at work; is loud enough and the sound is soooo clear, I enjoy it every second

Really good speaker and is great when traveling since it has really good volume and is water proof

Looking for a good sounding speaker for use writing on cars and other projects, this for the bill. At half price, it was a great value. Great overall sound (very similar to the JBL flip) and great battery life. Like having flat sides because it is rarely set on flat level surfaces, so it won't roll away.

Small but packs a punch, a clear quality sound with a bass punch. I love the lights you can program to your liking.

Not disappointed! Sound quality is amazing, battery life is everlasting, and it’s as loud and as quiet as you need! I go lay out by the pool and take my speaker with me quite enough where I can have it next to me and it’s not bothering the people a few chairs down! I can even hear this when I vacuum lol And my vacuum is so loud! just 10/10!
