Plastic lids are hard to wash and flimsy

The glass bottom part of these food containers is wonderful. The top part is plastic and hard to wash due to the crevices and hard to reach spots. The cost is way too high for these containers, if you take the plastic flimsy part into consideration. Disappointing!
