For the price, the game is a masterpiece. I mean, it's no Persona 5, but it's not trying to be. The price is cheap, the shipping was fast, and it has 40+ hours of content! It dives a lot deeper into the gameplay compared to the first Soul Hackers, but it does lose a bit of the gritty vibes in the process.

This JRPG is a sequel to the original on Nintendo 3DS. It's basically Shin Megami Tensei series, but takes its own direction with the content over the likes of Persona and the mainline entries. It's a fun JRPG, with good story and characters. However, the gameplay and exploration can get a bit monotonous for those who want variety and continuing change in their JRPG systems. Nevertheless, it's still good.

Soul Hackers 2 on PS4 is a stylish, fun RPG with great characters, a slick presentation, and satisfying turn-based combat. The story and Ringo really carry the experience, though the dungeons can feel a bit repetitive. It’s hard not to compare it to Soul Hackers on the 3DS, which had more charm and stronger dungeon design overall. Still, SH2 is a solid game—definitely worth it if you can grab it at a discount.

I highly recommend this game, the game takes over 75 hours to finish, it is fun to play, the random enemy battles are easy and fun, most boss battles were easy, but there were some challenging bosses, it starts out really easy to get level ups for you and your demons, but then starts getting harder until you reach the final dungeon, the final dungeon was the best experience breeding ground in the game, its easy to get money in the game but there isn't much to do with it other than to summon your demons you used in fusions, you can save whenever you want, the characters speak in english, my only complaint about the game is that sometimes characters use texting terms in the game and they don't explain what the term means, so you have to stop and look up what it means so you know what is going on, again I highly recommend this great game.

It’s not a persona game nor does it try to be, and that’s cool, its its own story and style. Combat can be real hard, but figuring it out was fun. Good game

It’s a fun game with some issues. I love the cast of characters and the design of the world. The gameplay is solid and easy to pick up. If you’re fan of persona you’ll enjoy this game.

Great stand alone game even if you aren't familer with the shin megami tensei series. Definitely recommend playing the first installment as well. Classic JRPG with turn base demon battles. What more could you ask for?
