You can manage it by pressing the NC button on the headphones, which cycles between ANC (Active Noise Cancelling), normal, and transparency modes. You will hear a voice prompt indicating the switch between these modes. If you want to completely turn off the noise-cancelling feature, you can switch to the normal or transparency mode.
Is this compatible with the soundcore app

The Life Q20 is an older, popular model that connects and operates fully via its physical buttons.
Does the noise cancelling feature work when you plug in the headphones? I previously bought really good headphones and had to return them because the noise cancelling feature only worked in blue tooth mode. Need for airplane, direct plug in.

If you require noise cancelling during usage on an airplane or in other scenarios, you would need to use the headphones in Bluetooth mode where the ANC feature is active.

Answered by MoeskiThe ear cushions fit so nicely that it greatly reduces ambient noice even when off. When they're active, I really don't hear any ambient noise over the program sound, but I don't know if the noise cancelling remains operating after disconnect from bluetooth source.
