Questions & Answers
Noise cancellation
Answered by Soundcore TeamThe Soundcore V20i open-ear earbuds do not have active noise cancellation (ANC). Because they are open-ear design, they let in ambient sound for safety and awareness. They may include AI noise reduction for calls (ENC) to make your voice clearer on the microphone, but they do not block out background noise for listening. If you need noise cancellation, consider a closed-ear model like the Soundcore Life Q30 or Space A40.
