We were directed straight to the area of the store we needed, which was also clearly signed. The assistant knew exactly what we wanted and showed us a selection. He checked us out right there and fitted the case. Excellent!

Terrible case. Extremely slick with absolutely zero grip. Inability to mail back to return so have to travel out of town. ZERO VALUE.

Very slipper case

Bought this case for my wife about a month ago and she has dropped the phone twice since it is so slippery. The phone was not damaged but she has had her pervious phone/case for 4+ years and has never dropped it so we are looking for another case.

Fit is too tight

The case does fit like a glove. But for me it was too tight because the button on the top that controls the silent and ring function kept being pushed by the case, even when the button was no touched. I thought my phone was malfunctioning until I realized that a button was ALWAYS being pushed. Returned!

Very protective case

I thought $50 was excessive, but it fit my phone well, which is hard to find for the 16 Plus. Have had it for a few months and dropped my phone down two flights of stairs yesterday without even a scratch on the screen protector. I never write reviews, but I highly recommend this case and will be switching to Speck cases instead of Otterbox from now on.
