Beautiful! Easy to use! Whisper quiet! Sparkling clean dishes! Installers were professional, knowledgeable and fast!

The Geek squad coordinated with me in advance, showed up on time, performed the work flawlessly, demonstrated the product and answered all of my questions. I couldn't ask for any more.

Kitchenaid, we learned, is wider in the front than disclosed on either the Kitchenaid or the BestBuy websites. The space was 24" wide and Kitchenaid replaced a Miele. Nevertheless, it was very tight and it was banged in by the installation crew, resulting in warping the steel to the side of the door. So it is getting replaced, which is another disappointing story altogether that has not resolved itself yet. The dishwasher is excellent - washes well and is quiet, What should have they done? they should have either not installed it or asked me to sand the cabinet, but, apparently, time pressure resulted in this snafu.

The installers were competent and worked quickly. They were careful of spilling water when they removed the dishwasher. They made sure I would have no backwash from the disposal and even explained what a strange strip of tape was for (keep moisture away from the underside of the counter). What completely won me over was after the installation was complete. One technician took out Clorox wipes and wiped my counter, the dishwasher, and all knobs that they had touched. I was very impressed. If I could give them higher than 5, I would.

Installation of my Samsung dishwasher was perfect. The installer allowed me time to clean the area after removal of the old dishwasher. The dishwasher fit perfect. No damage done to anything. They cleaned up all the packing after.

They did a greater job installing……but the drying part isn’t working. They’re coming back next week to fix it

A friend was renovating their home and offered to give us their dishwasher which was way newer than ours. I hired best buy to do the replacement job and they did an excellent job. This was done through a third party but the job was done right first time.

My husband was home for the installation and he said that the installers were great. They had all the tools and parts to do the job and they were there and gone in no time!

The installers were perfect they took time and used it very well, they ensured it fit after a couple of snags. I could not ask for more great job
