Everything was done with care and any questions I had were answered. They called me and told me when and the time they would be at my house. They were right on that time. My wife was happy with her purchase of her new range abd the sales person was very knowledgeable and pleasant.

The first installer did NOT level the range which required a second installer to come out and leveled it properly.

Workers were very professional, but refused to install the dishwasher. Apparently they have a rule were they won’t touch it if the water shut off valves are not under the sink. This was an issue as our property is very old and the shut off valves are in another room for the entire condo. They left without installing and I became a huge hassle to last minute find someone else that could install it.

This was the second time that the installers came out. The first time they could not install because the house was built with the stove wires connected directly to the fuse box. An electrician came out to add an outlet and when the installers returned, the were quick, efficient, engaging and courteous.

Best Buy sent their best counter cutter to my house and he had his work cut out for him. He was able to flawlessly cut my previous custom counter to accomodate a 30 inch slide in electric range into a 29 and 1/2 inch spot.

This installer was much better than expected, however, he did pull the cabinet face off and busted the cabinet. Offered no repair. Again...50/50 shot at getting it right.

Installers were professional and courteous - they were on time and got right to work. they cleaned up after themselves - all in all a good experience.

Best Buy service people are courteous, timely and top notch.

I could have done this myself. The most complicated part was moving the range from the truck. I had to disconnect the gas range they were arranged to disconnect and haul away. It doesn't matter what the price was, even if was free, it's no good having a service that isn't a service at all.
