Had nothing but problems with this installation. 1st delivered to the wrong state, another delay. Delivered but not installed… another delay… installed but water & ice not working… another delay… repair person said it wasn’t the refrig… need a plumber to fix waterline, Plumber showed me it wasn’t the waterline but the refrigerator…another bill another delay. Original installer came back. Ended up being an improper water filter installation. Frig works great now however in moving the frig in and out multiple new grooves not scratches in wood floor. Despite numerous attempts no resolution on this matter. As a long time loyal Best Buy customer this purchase certainly failed their normal standards for quality,

The installation of my new refrigerator/freezer was great. technicians were knowledgeable and courteous, and left no mess! There were dents in the doors, however, and Best Buy is graciously replacing the appliance.

I purchased a refrigerator from a local home improvement store. They kept rescheduling my delivery! This went on for two weeks. To make a long story short, they finally delivered it, but was unable to install, because the delivery guy injured himself. Finally, I went to Best Buy and explained my situation. I scheduled an installation time and date. They were on time and very professional! Wish I had gone there to purchase my appliance, from the beginning.

I was not aware that these guys would only be bringing my fridge insight and not actually installing so i had to pay to bring it in then wait for another appointment for geek squad to come out to hook it up 2 transaction 2 different payments and i purchases the protection plan so this was very in convenient

BestBuy has a professional Team for Installation and they did a great job with my Referigerator delivery and Installation. It works also very well. It is tough to move out when you have stairs and obstacles but they know how to do the job. I would never think anyone other than Best Buy for appliance purchases. Very good service and trouble free installation. Thank you Best Buy we love you.

Charge me $100.00 just to show how to insert my filter didn't take 2mins. I'm not good with things like that but $100.00 I think was to much but anyway I'll know next time.

It is a great product. The only negative is the initial delivery team lied about where to deliver the product and it still annoys my husband.

Freezer works fine. I’m not certain if Imam to review the freezer, the Initial installation or the follow up by the Geek squad.
Love my new refrigerator. The set up service was incredible: on time, the job was well done and fantastic workmen. Couldn’t be more happy with the product and service from Best Buy!

The installation crew was pleasant and did their job quickly. However, they forgot to add the insignia to the outside of the frig and a 2nd visit was required.

Best delivery experience EVER! The 2 associates were friendly & FAST. They completed the task in a way that my wife & I had not considered, when another company left the job incomplete. They went above and beyond to make us happy.

The refrigerator wasn’t installed properly. A leak occurred because the installer crimped the O ring. Major water damage. It’s been 6 months and the issue still hasn’t been resolved. Considering legal action.

The installation service guy try his best NOT to install the water supply, citing ridiculous reason like the water value is not brought from Best Buy. Who would have their home water value brought from Best buy? The guy basically just move the refrigerator in place, plug in the power and left. He didn't even bother to remove the blue tapes inside. He is also not very friendly also.

This was a circus from beginning to end. I needed the water line replaced under my sink that runs to the fridge because it was leaking. I had to wait 7 days with no water in my kitchen. Then they came with a too-short hose and proceeded to try and splice the hose to fix it. They said they did. 3 days later, under my sink was flooded since they did not. I then scheduled a fix for it, had to wait another 7 days without water in my kitchen, and the day before they were supposed to come, I called to double check they had the right part. I called 3 times and spoke to 3 people, all who told me something different. I finally ran to home depot and got the part myself. It's definitely not worth using Geek Squad for home repairs. No calls to shorten windows, both times I had to wait from 7am to 3pm. No calls to confirm other than an automated message. Their own system doesn't seem to keep information from less than a year ago.

We went with all LG products smart so glad we did the refrigerator is awesome we decided to go with counter depth as it was available and others weren’t with the door and door which seems to have more than enough space for two of us plus when we’re entertaining quick icemaker water is also very quick love our new fridge
