Frank and Jay over at Downey Best Buy did an awesome job installing my car audio system! I glad I got my work done at this location because they went beyond my expectations. They are are definitely professionals when it comes to car audio. I had the stereo, speakers, amps and subwoofer swapped out. Lexus owners know that swapping out the factory Mark Levinson system is a complex task. I recommend speaking to Frank before the installation. He can give good recommendations and help decide which components will work with your setup. Thanks again! You guys rock!!

Got 4 speakers replaced on my 22 year old truck. Jack from the car audio department did a fantastic job. The installation was fast and everything worked better than expected. Definitely going back to get a subwoofer installed by him.

Upon review of my rear door speakers, I found that I needed to replace them. I was assisted with making the right choice to insure a quality sound.

Needed Best Buy to replace radio and 4 speakers. The speakers in my deck in the back of Camry alone are known for being tough to replace but even though he was short on time he still got to them, and replaced literally everything neatly and did it in a very timely manner. Had front door speakers replaced. They sound great no problems however the next day i found a piece of plastic & a screw from my driver door in the floor. When they took it off to access the speaker a clip was broken so now it will not go back on & theres a hole there.

Excellent installer at Margate Florida store. Kevin knows his stuff and has pride in his work. He was very careful in removing door cards on my Lexus and making sure that power windows were reset and everything was perfect. He also installed some Dynamat behind the speakers for better bass control .

The autotechs in pineville, nc don’t know what they are doing! I’ve gone to the outlet store in Pineville a couple times now for speaker installation and every time I’ve went there’s always been a problem after leaving the store. The first time I went, it was basically a consultation to see what speakers I would need to for my car, I was told to get some component and non component speakers, but turns out during my appointment to get everything replaced, the component speakers would not work for my car, I was told the wrong information. Also during that appointment i was told I could get 3.5 speakers for my dash since those were bad too but turns out when I came in for my third appointment to get the dash speakers replaced those wouldn’t fit either. Also after my second appointment, I noticed that the door panel on my driver side door was not put back properly after my speaker replacement. I went back during my third appointment to get that fixed, but turns out they didn’t fix it so I had to take the door off myself and fix it, which is ridiculous.

You need to purchase the geek squad for your stereo installation it'll save you lotsa money and lotsa headaches. I'm glad I got it. They hook your^%$# up
