The product arrived fine. A bigger size than I thought it would be, however, had to learn the hard way do not use if your plus size person. After just having it under my chair for a couple hours, the wheels made dents in it and it got stuck. I had purchased it so it wouldn’t do that. It would work great for someone that isn’t a plus size person but if you’re bigger size like I am, I wouldn’t purchase it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
