This is a great movie. I would say I like this one better than the original motion picture. The transfer to 4K is one of the best I seen. The picture is spectacular. I never own the Blu-Ray so I can’t compare it to 1080 format. It comes with the theatrical and director’s cuts of the film both are in 4K. The only reason I state is most studios will say two versions of the film is included but 1 is usually on the Blu-Ray. However, the digital copy is only the theatrical version. I really wish they would of included both. I would recommend adding this to your physical media.

Simply the best Star Trek movie of all time, hands down. William Shatner and Ricardo Montalban are the perfect adversaries, and this edition finally presents this masterpiece in 4K!

An old favorite of mine. Great to have a physical copy. The UltraHD versiok vs Standar Bluray is a very noticeable difference on my tv.

Good to see the TV cast in the best movie version of the show. Bringing Khan back was a very good idea. The TV show that introduced the character ended with the Khan, his wife and his people being delivered to a usable planet in which they could prosper. Kahn was the best adversary on the original show. This movie made up for the first Star Trek movie which was bogged down with how it looked and the scenes that merely were there to watch new (at that time) computer effects. Very good movie.

I didn't see Wrath of Khan until 2020. I was pleasantly surprised by how great it is, not just as a Star Trek movie but as a movie overall. The 4K transfer is excellent and the Atmos soundtrack is very good, when you take into account its age. I felt like watching this disc was like seeing it projected on film in 1982. Add in that they use the terrific original poster art for the packaging, and you have my highest recommendation.

For a movie that came out in the eighties admidst a half dozen other great movies, this one is a classic that still manages to influence movies today. Heck, even the new Picard Season 3 is dipping into this well. Although the plot owes a lot to the novel, Moby Dick, it still stands alone. If you’re a fan of science fiction, even if you’re not a fan of Star Trek, this one is a must own. Ricardo Montalbán is just the perfect villian, and most our favorite cast from the Enterprise actually have something to do.check it out.

Good movie. Already have the DVD box set. I just been slowly upgrading to the 4k versions. I originally purchased a 6 disc box set. But at least one of the discs was defective and had to return and exchange for individual discs instead

The 4K Star Trek ll movie is noticeably better than the Blu-ray Disc. The picture and sound qualities are very good. Worth the money to upgrade.

Spoiler alert! If you haven't seen this movie, be prepared! The scene with Spock in the warp chamber still chocked me up. Riccardo is the BEST Khan (in my opinion). It was fun revisiting this movie after seeing it's original release. Very good transfer to 4K.
