This one came with a slip cover unlike the other two I ordered in the prequel trilogy so I was happy about that. I just don’t understand why the others didn’t have it. And again I was dissapointed because I thought I purchased 4k but I got a regular blu ray instead and now these are no longer on sale.

Of course the movie is great, I've seen it several times. This is my first purchase of it on Blu Ray, & the Best Buy Steelbook is gorgeous, they make awesome packaging.

This whole steel book collection is amazing and so unique. It's well worth getting separate movies than the box set.

Back of movie case (and front) state the film is also on the blu ray disc. This is not true, the bonus features are on the blu ray disc while the film is only on the 4k disc

The sound mix alone is worth the purchase. My goodness. Picture super shape as well. Makes the film better IMO. Didn't deserve the hate it got / gets, especially after the Rise of Skywalker disaster. Buy these instead of the 9 disc albatross.

I have always been a big fan of the prequels and decided to invest in the best quality edition you can own. The only issue is with such heavy revisions come certain losses to the original quality. I would say that its not enough to stop a fan from upgrading to 4k

A fun Star Wars adventure. This 4k bluray release is high quality. The picture is crisp and clear. And the audio is also really good even though I only had it play on my stereo tv speakers. The special effects are still top notch considering this movie was made about 20 years ago. I like this one the most out of the prequel trilogy. This is episode one: The phantom menace. And the story moves along at a really good pace too. If you like Star Wars and don't have this one in your collection yet give it a try.

Great movie, case came broken but the disks are fine. Audio gets a little weird in these but after you watch for a bit you are less aware of it. Picture looks good, so thats a plus.

Only thing better than a Star Wars movie is Star Wars in 4K with Atmos sound. Looks and sounds great.

I love the Star Wars series and the middle three (episodes 4-6) are my faves. But in the first 3 movies, The Phantom Menace is my favorite. Liam Neeson is just really great in this movie. In regards to this specific 4K edition, I felt that it was good, but I can't give it an excellent. My OPPO gives a good upgrade with the blu-ray and I didn't see a major improvement, not like some of the other 4K movies, but there was a little better visuals than the blu-ray.

I'm a big Star Wars fan. I've waited a long time to finally complete my collection on blu-ray. But now that they're finally here, I'm thrilled to be able to get them. This one isn't the best of the bunch, but it has several great moments---Darth Maul using his double-bladed lightsaber, Anakin winning the Podrace, Padme announcing that she is really Queen Amidala and asking Boss Nass to help her take their planet back from the Trade Federation's occupation. So glad to finally have all of the Star Wars films on blu-ray!

Unpopular opinion but this is easily my favorite star wars movie, just the nostalgia of growing up as a kid and having the Darth mual dual sabers to the pod racing was amazing. Movie is phenomenal and you get to see Darth Vader as a kid. Awesome film and crispy is 4k.

I expected better 4k quality. There is no difference in the digital copy and the physical disc as far as quality is concerned. It does have Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos function on the physical disc. Some are reporting no Dolby Vision but my copy includes it. The media has a little better and sharper image than Episodes IV, V, and VI.

The pod races in this movie are awesome even though Jar Jar Binks does ruin this movie!! Darth Maul is an amazing villain with a dual light saber and awesome moves. Anakin Skywalker and Obi-wan Kenobi are a great team. Definitely worth watching!!
