Stars - Heart - VINYL LP

Paranoid and lazy, never knowing who is your friend and who is just watching a screen, never really hungry and never satisfied. Fever Dreams and Daymares of Family Dinners with the network news so loud you can hear the white noise pop like firecrackers. Floating through this dimension on the path of least resistance, unnoticed and unbothered til you're old enough to die. The pitiful fantasy of having people cry at your funeral, while your spirit watches from the rafters. Feeling lost in your body like a ghost under a bed sheet. Fourth Dimension Intervention, by The Homeless Gospel Choir, was recorded over five days in August 2021 at The Lodge KY by John Hoffman. It's the first album to feature all five members of the band, the first self produced album, and the first full length to be released by Don Giovanni.1. BRAINWASHBRAINWASH 2. Future Ghosts 3. While that take is true - Ann and Nancy Wilson practically stood alone amid a commercial age dominated by testosterone - it undersells the appeal, scope, and craftsmanship of an album that deserves to be revered strictly because of it's merit, not because of the gender of the group's principal members. Fueled by alluring arrangements that balance electric and acoustic elements, Dreamboat Annie went platinum and spawned three hit singles within a year of it's . It all foreshadowed a Hall of Fame career guided by the Wilson sisters' toughness and determination.Mastered at MoFi's in-house studio, housed in a Stoughton gatefold jacket, and pressed at Fidelity Record Pressing in California, Mobile Fidelity's numbered-edition 180g 45RPM 2LP set puts the record's artistic significance in proper perspective.
