It is great for Data Archiving and Technicians who clone hard drives

Amazing! Huge time and headache saver! Saves a yearly clone software subscription cost! Worked on my ps3 hard drive on its last legs! Cloned it to a 128 Gbps SSD I had laying around that was too small for most other applications.

Converted my 1 TB C: drive to a 1 TB SSD took about 2 hours to copy about 200 gigs. Installed and booted correctly. Haven't had any issues with my programs, even the snippy ones like Paperport and Photshop.

I've had a ridiculously hard time finding software that will reliably clone a windows hard drive. This product has so far cloned 3 and all 3 worked without issue. I should note, I used the external process where you insert both the blank and the drive to be copied, directly into the unit and press the button. As long as both drives are the same size, this process makes an exact duplicate of the windows system and all your programs and data.

This product does exactly what it says it does. It allowed me to easily insert my hard drive from my old computer and get access to it for my new computer. It was easy to do and helped me recover all my data from old computer that crashed (the power unit failed).

I used this drive for 2+ years now and it is great little device to make back up of the hard drive rather than open up the computer and installed the 2 hard drives inside. If you make backup often, this is a great convenient way to do it. I'd recommended.

to other HD's... worked GREAT! although ya have to go from smaller to larger or same size! Also will access other drives when you pug em in to this unit! VERY PLEASE was worth every penny!
