Joe at the Sunnyvale store has been great during the process of me trying to buy a refrigerator for my elderly parents. This process started in August of 2020. Deliveries continued to get postponed and then we switched brands to GE Monogram, then the incorrect handles were ordered. Then this handle set was ordered and now the refrigerator is installed. We still do have a large gap on the alignment of the door to the panel cover that needs to be addressed.
