I received a GE monogram mini refrigerator in March. It came without a door handle. The Best Buy representative said they would replace the entire refrigerator. I said I just need the handle. They said no I’ll replace and install the entire refrigerator. I told him it was very complicated because you need a carpet installer to remove and replace the refrigerator they said no problem they would do that well in April they arrived with the new refrigerator and they said they didn’t have any carpet tools. Just put the handle in the box after several phone calls. They said I had to purchase the handle separately no one ever told me that I spent a lot of time And effort on this purchase, Best Buy should refund me for additional price for the doorhandle. The website shows the refrigerator with a door handle not happy with this
