Really impressed with this chair. I was having a hard time finding a quality chair within my $1 - 1.5k budget. My main issue was paying for shipping fees, so it's nice that Best Buy has the option to ship this to their store (that's ultimately why I based my decision on this chair, because I live in Alaska). So even though it may seem like I compromised, I'm SUPER pleased. It's so comfortable and the lumbar support is perfect (not too much, not too little). It looks like a standard / basic office chair, but once you sit in it you'll realize it's not your standard $50 chair. It's really comfortable!! I bought this for my 6 foot tall / 190 lbs husband who is a video editor and has to sit in a chair all day at work (and has really bad back problems) he loves this chair! It's perfect for his height and weight. I am a 5' girl and I also love this chair! It's darn near perfect in my opinion.

The Steelcase Leap Office Chair is an awesome office chair. Yes, it is a bit pricey, but for me it was a good investment since I work at home. I decided it was worth the purchase considering I am in this chair over 8 hours a day and 5 days a week. The chair is very sturdy and well built. I particularly liked the different ergonomic adjustments available on this chair. The bottom of the seat will adjust out and the back stop feature adjusts the backrest to recline at 5 different levels and also has a tension adjustment. It also features a lower back firmness adjustment to help your lower spine with a lumbar support bar that adjusts where you need it the most. The armrest of the chair also moves independently to adjust where you need them. I reviewed quite a few office chairs online before I made his purchase. If you watch the video, it goes over all the features. Would I buy this product again. You bet. I purchased this chair in the onyx color and also purchased a clear office chair mat since I have just put in new laminated flooring in my office.

Chair was shipped on a sturdy box fully installed and ready to be sat on. Quality of the product is worth the value. Chair is very comfortable and ergonomic features help to adjust the chair to your desired sitting position. Casters are also wood floor friendly.

This Steelcase Leap chair is one of the finest office chairs I have ever owned. Very comfortable, sturdy, adjustable and user friendly. Makes working at my desk so much better than any other chair. I highly recommend this great chair.

This chair is extremely comfortable. It can be adjusted to fit all your preferences. It doesn't roll away too easily, which is great. I am going to buy a second chair for a relative.

I was in need of a good chair. I looked over a year for the a chair that would accommodate a small frame person. I'm 4'10" and 138 lbs. It was apparent that I needed a chair that could adjust in the back, arms, seat depth, tension, up and down, etc. Although a little pricey, it is well worth every dollar I paid for it. It is made for long periods of sitting. It arrived fully assembled. You cannot beat this. Do your back a favor by purchasing this chair.
