This is a great chair, it could use a little more padding in the seat but otherwise, I love it. Comfortable and cool to sit in all day at work.

Terrible chair and Terrible customer support from steelcase. I bought this chair to work from home, long story short, I am well below the maximum weight limit and the seat cushion is toast after less than a year. I am sitting on straight metal, there is zero cushion. For nearly $600 this cushion should last more than a year. In process of trying to get a replacement from steelcase and we are currently on week 3. Week 1 they lost my emails, went to their spam folder, and now crickets again. Save your money and buy from another company because this one is terrible and so is the chair. I could have bought 2 other chairs for this price.

This is a good chair. More expensive than any other office chair we’ve ever bought but it's better. Very comfortable with good back support. Easy to adjust seat and arm heights. We chose the “carpet” wheels and it moves well on a plastic pad over a short–height carpet. The overall width of the chair is narrower than our previous chairs which makes it easier to maneuver. Assembly was easy, it took about one minute.

Ergonomically excellent; great support; easily adjustable. Also, easy to assemble. High quality - sturdily built. Very glad I spent the extra money on a quality name-brand chair. The inexpensive chairs look similar - but don't "feel" the same.

This is one of the most comfortable office chairs that I’ve ever purchased. It compares very well to the extremely expensive chair that I used in office. This chair is definitely recommended not only does it provide lumbar support, but it has a very good amount of cushion in the seat area to maintain comfort for 8+ hours.

Nice, comfortable computer chair, was worth the extra money I paid for it as it’s a quality chair.

I would recommend this brand of chair to other users. They are bit pricey but worth the price. I ended up buying this to work from my office so would recommend!

Probably really 4.5 stars because the armrests don't stay in a fixed position. Otherwise really comfortable. We're likely to get another one.

Bought this chair for my 17 year old son. He did not want the typical "gamer chair" look, he just wanted a comfortable chair that he could sit in for long periods at his PC playing video games and doing school work.

Comfortable chairs, so far so good, everybody is happy with the new chairs, I never had chairs that it was so easy to assemble.

Hard to tell what you will be getting since you cant's check it out at the store. It's close to what I wanted.
