The install guys were great. Your online order to set up the install need some help. We were told we needed to add a 2nd install fee plus another wire harness. $$$

1st installation took over 4 hours 2nd tech ordered wrong part and charged me for the correct part 3rd usb cord was hanging out the glove compartment 4 had to reschedule to correct it. Best Buy would not accommodate me 5 had to schedule a 3rd time due to the rear view mirror not being installed and had to pay extra told it was not Included with the free installation 6 damaged my dashed correcting the usb installation 6 poor customer service

My 2016 Jeep Patriot was in need of a touch screen radio with satellite capability as I am a SirusXM subscriber. The Kenwood 7in touch screen with back up camera was the extra tech I was looking at making my ride more up to date. The Kenwood deck with SiruusXM receiver and the steering wheel control along with the back up camera were all purchased on a Saturday and by Monday I was able to get in for the install. The professional installer stated this would take about 3 to 4 hours. The complete install only took 3 hours and I was back on the road. Plus the steering wheel control worked flawlessly so you can keep your eyes on the road. The installation looked like it was factory installed as it all was a seamless match and everything worked flawlessly. The installer showed me exactly on how everything would work. Top notch installers at the Menomonee Falls WI location.

I took my Corolla 2014 to install Digital Media Receiver as a courtesy free service by GS in Tracy CA. Employees on GS made a amazing job and explained everything before and after install. It was zero error and timely updates even when they leave for lunch. I dont mind going again and get GS service. Thank you.

I got to use steering wheel controls for safety. When I got my aftermarket stereo installed in my car I had to get it installed because my car has steering wheel controls and it controls the radio really good. It switches music and controls the volume on the radio, CD and using your own music on your smartphone or iPod without grabbing your iPod or smartphone to switch music

The installer Art is phenomenal. 10 out of 10. I purchased a radio for my vehicle. Art helped me with explaining accessories I may want for the vehicle to perform like factory. So I purchased the additional accessories and everything worked perectly as he described.

Car-stereo install was done by previous owner in my used car. The wiring wasn't done properly. Best Buy installers ordered the proper parts and fixed the issue with controls on the steering wheel.

The technician installed my steering wheel control and it works great. Not only can I control my volume, but I can seek stations from the steering wheel as well, the same as it did with the original factory radio.
