Doesn’t work & CANNOT get any help!

We purchased two of these for our children for school. One works and the other is stuck on the blue screen patio setup utility. We cannot get anyone from after-sale contact 1-855-489-0795 to answer. Other sites advise to take it to a repair shop to have the drive replaced with a ssd reinstall OS and restore the data from backup. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS MACHINE!
