Meh
So frustrated! This radio keeps freezing. A few weeks ago I backed out of the driveway and the display froze on a picture of my house as I had put my vehicle into drive. At lunch time I started my vehicle again and that same picture was still froze on the screen. It finally cleared after the 3 time starting my vehicle. Today, I have a plain white screen and can’t access any radio controls.
On top of this when we walked in we told the BB worker we didn’t want to lose specific functionality of factory radio. Initially BB installed the wrong radio, and had to jump through hoops to get that figured out. Only to actually not be able to have the initial radio we purchased installed. We were told this checked all the boxes the first radio we wanted had…..it does not.
