Stick with Amazon for a marketplace

Based on the price, I did not catch that these were made from plastic. After opening, I reviewed the listing again and found (2) mentions of plastic - one of them way down on the "specifications". I did not want to spend $65 on plastic containers. I did not realize I only had 15 days to return and by the time I got around to it, I was at day 17. I reached out to two different Best Buy customer service representatives (phone and chat) and was told if under 30 days, the local store would offer store credit. So I did - it was denied. Moral of the story? Do not even think about using Best Buy for Amazon-like purchases. They have no business facilitating this if they cannot have reasonable policies.
