Very pleased
We are very impressed with the Summit LWC2Z195 Dual Zone Commercial Wine Cooler for our home. Appears to be of a higher quality than our previous brand name wine cooler. Just looking at the shelves these are more sturdy and better made than the other brand we replaced it with. The motor is quiet and it looks good. Only caution we offer is to note that the cooler handle in packed in a cardboard box nested in the Styrofoam packing of the box. Our delivery people unpacked the box outside before bringing the unit in and inadvertently discarded the handle with the trash. We had to order a replacement handle. Best Buy was very accommodating in getting us the replacement handle.

Best Buy's Terrible Online & Customer Service
Very disappointed by Best Buy’s Declining Online Service I’ve been a loyal Best Buy customer for 30 years, but their online service has taken a nosedive—and it’s frustrating to watch a once-reliable retailer lose its edge. Shipping delays and cancellations have become a game of chance. Orders that promised 10-day delivery now take a month or more, often without updates or explanations. The delivery service is terrible and unreliable for both setup and removal. They have no respect for your home or the product when it is delivered. They use third-party companies, and you're just another delivery to deal with. Good customer support feels like winning the lottery. Best Buy used to set the standard for online retail in electronics and home appliances. Now, it feels like they’re coasting on their name while competitors outpace them in speed, service, and reliability. I hope they turn things around—but for now, I’m taking my business elsewhere.
