With a 450 lb weight capacity, this heavy-duty hammock provides dependable support for shared lounging while offering generous space to stretch out and unwind when enjoyed solo. The 65% cotton and 35% polyester rope blend feels smooth and comfortable against the body, while the open-lattice weave promotes airflow to help keep the two-person hammock comfortable on warm afternoons. Flexible rope gently conforms to the body without digging in, and sturdy hardwood spreader bars keep the bed open and evenly spread for a spacious, easy-to-access lounging surface. Designed for convenient hanging, the replacement hammock for stand arrives with chains and steel O-rings already attached, eliminating complicated assembly, drilling, or bolting. Simply connect the O-rings to compatible tree hooks, post hardware, or a hammock stand. Please note that a hammock stand is not included and must be purchased separately. The porch hammock measures 124.5 inches overall, including the 22-inch long chains. For proper ground clearance and a comfortable amount of sag, position anchor points about 15 feet apart and hang the hammock higher than expected to allow for the natural settling of the rope under body weight. Once the rope settles with use, adjust the chain as needed. To help preserve the rope and fabric, store the patio hammock indoors or in a dry, shaded location during inclement weather, winter, and extended periods of nonuse.
