The outdoor flowerpot features an innovative double-wall design. The inner wall has a full depth to allow for optimal root insulation without compromising soil capacity. The bottom of the planter has a hole in the outer wall (includes a plug) to fill the outer wall with gravel or sand to add weight to the planter, making it a great option for windy environments. The bottom of the planter also features a marked location for adding a drainage hole to help maintain root health and provide proper drainage. Use a 1/4" drill bit to create the hole. If a drainage hole is added, be sure to use a saucer beneath the planter when using it indoors to prevent leaks on the floor or other surfaces.
