    Average machine for full body workout

    This machine is quite effective since it helps burn the calories but the seat is not comfortable at all. I hurt my posterior bone after 3 days of workout. I need to put a cushion on the seat in order to endure my workout sessions. Otherwise, the friction is going to produce scratches on my posterior.
