"Sushi Striker" is a game that is not likely to sell well and will be forgotten by a number of Nintendo fans; that's too bad, considering it's a unique and fun puzzler with no equal in the market. Combine it with its high-quality production values (for a puzzle game), it's worth a pickup and play. It's highly recommended for any puzzle fan, especially when you get into the multiplayer aspect of it.

Having been created by HAL laboratories, the creators or Kirby and Box Boy, you can expect a certain quality. This is a great puzzle game with some RPG leveling and creature collecting to boot. Only down side is the price. At $40 on the 3DS and $50 on the switch, a lot of people have been scared away. Try to buy on sale or use your GUC discount while you can!

Fun and frantic puzzle game with a quirky story surrounding humanity warring over sushi that only Nintendo could make work. Its fast and but manageable. Mechanics are introduced at a rate that keeps the game feeling fresh throughout. I've had a chance to play both versions, my 3DS copy and a friend's Switch copy. Its clear this game was is meant to be played on 3DS with a stylus and two screens. The single Switch screen has a less discernable border between your and the opponent's rows, found myself trying to combo in the opponents sushi more than once. Ignore button controls, just not fast enough.

Definitely check it out online to see if you like the gameplay but I found it to be fun and addicting. The humor in the story is top notch!

Picked this up on clearance with a $5 reward certificate, my total was $6 and change. Having played on the switch, I was prepared to be disappointed. This game was made to be played on 3ds! Best control experience. Great game for the small investment.

Having played the demo on the Switch, I'm so happy I decided to get this on the 3DS. The gameplay feels better and the animated cutscenes looks great. Not disappointed.

A good game with fun mechanics. I didn’t expect to like this game as much as I did, but the cute art and fun story were very entertaining.

Normally I try to get everybody to buy a game on the switch but this is one that is way better on the 3DS.
