A: If your calling the seat the saddle it's about 28 inches and no it's not adjustable.

A: It's not so much about the height of a man (or woman), but more about the maximum load, which is 264 pounds (120 kg). That said, I am 6'3" and it's a comfortable ride, although I will most likely replace the saddle to one that is a bit wider and softer. Hope this helps.
