A: best buy had a team install my current swann system. I am having it replaced because there is no longer any support for my 84500 dvr system. I would like to keep the cameras from the original install and add the new ones. just not sure they will work with the new setup

Too Late
I have many Swann systems. This particular model is too simple with lots of bugs. It seems they pushed it out the door, before getting customer reviews. Very poor user friendly input. Would not recommend this model. The Swann support is very poor in attitude and knowledge. It seemed they didn’t care, if I resolved the problems, and there were many issues.
