If I could give this zero stars, I would. This NVR system does not seem to last long whatsoever. I have had 3 units replaced due to malfunction within 6 months and I cannot get a refund back, two units replaced through Best Buy and one through Swann. The latest unit arrived to me just now and it was defective right out of the box. The Swann Security company has terrible customer support, you have to pay a subscription to talk to them. Please do not buy this. DO NOT BUY THIS

I have many Swann systems. This particular model is too simple with lots of bugs. It seems they pushed it out the door, before getting customer reviews. Very poor user friendly input. Would not recommend this model. The Swann support is very poor in attitude and knowledge. It seemed they didn’t care, if I resolved the problems, and there were many issues.
