A: Hi Jo! There's a safety button for your BMX battery to connect to the display. It prevents your battery from draining. It's located at the bottom of your frame, near the pedals and the chain. Press this down once and try turning on your display again. Just note, you only have to press this down once if you are using your e-bike daily. Your e-bike will charge if this button is pressed down or not. If you are storing your BMX e-bike for a long time, you can press it again so that the button pops out when it's not in use.
