A: Hi Jo! There's a safety button for your BMX battery to connect to the display. It prevents your battery from draining. It's located at the bottom of your frame, near the pedals and the chain. Press this down once and try turning on your display again. Just note, you only have to press this down once if you are using your e-bike daily. Your e-bike will charge if this button is pressed down or not. If you are storing your BMX e-bike for a long time, you can press it again so that the button pops out when it's not in use. We've attached a photo for your reference!

Great bike
I personally purchased the bike to commute 2 miles to work. I got tired of Uber going up and down on prices and this lil puppy gets me to work within 5 minutes. For me well worth the purchase. Im 5”11 240 pounds and I believe the maximum weight is 265 and i have no issues with hitting max speed and tires feel strong and durable. All around great bike, and makes me feel like early teens all over again lol.

Expected a bit more for the price
The bike is nice in appearance, almost hard to tell it is an electric bike. Fast and good break. With pedal assist it is a nice transition to electric. So far major downfall is my son has only had it 20 days tomorrow and we had to already replace the back tire, tread was practically gone, and he had got a flat from glass but had replace it all instead of just the tube which ran $120.
