Towel rack no mess

The cap/lid to hold the water/sand in the base is not included w/ the original packaging. Manufacturer does not sell/ship missing parts! Reordered in hopes that new box would include plug, but it did not! The caps @ the edge of the poles are loose & fall off easily.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
