Bought a switch for my daughter’s birthday. Came in perfect condition and played great out of the box. She loves it!

The unit works well enough. It had some scuff marks here and there but nothing major. Kickstand was very loose but an easy fix with a replacement kickstand. Screen was free of dead pixels but had some scratches. Joycons worked well, no stick drift found. Joycons snapping in are a little loose but nothing thats not managable. Good functionality otherwise and a good deal. I will say that these minor fixes could have been fixed with the refurbishing of the unit and would have rated this higher if done so.

Was surprised at how minimal the scratches were on the used Nintendo. When connects worked seamlessly and without issue. The only item that was forgotten in the box were the joycon straps which weren’t a huge issue for me because I only bought super smash bros and Mario kart. But despite that, this item is still 5 stars because of its amazing quality despite being used and less than $400.

My son love it and has a very good system. Work so great with the TV as well

The console itself works well and being Geek Squad Certified Refurbished, ours arrived in great condition with no issues. That said, it just hasn’t been a great fit for our family. My kids lost interest in it pretty quickly and usually choose other consoles instead. I also wish Nintendo had a better family game-sharing system. Having to buy multiple copies of games for different accounts can get expensive. If you mainly play solo or don’t mind Nintendo’s setup, it’s still a solid console, but for our family it wasn’t quite what we were hoping for.

Great charger didn't work but other than that works well

I love it and have had no issues with it since getting it. The only reason it is not 5 stars is because the shipping was so unreliable. The label wasn't even made until the day it was supposed to arrive and it ended up being extremely delayed.

It is a good refurbished product with only two problems that is having one controller being easy to come out of place and the others joystick keeps moving down but other than that it still looks and performs like new

Bigger screen from a switch lite. So many other features you can connect to the switch. Got my son a controller to use for games he’s not able to play on the switch itself.

This is the second referbished switch I bought in under a week. The first was in great condition the second was not at all what was ordered. Reaching out to customer service was easy, they replaced the unit with a unit a much better condition. The whole process was so much easier than I expected and they all were friendly and helpful.

Everything worked so well! It was easy to set up and I was playing with my grand kids in no time!!!

This works wonderfully, and I haven’t had any problems at all. Plus, it was a fantastic price for a refurbished item!

I honestly didn't think much of it when I purchased this Nintendo, but now that it's here it's great. I didn't come in the original box, but who cares. I got a great system that plays great.

A birthday present for my daughter. It was clean, ready to go and had no damage or problems with it. It's sometimes hard to find that in a refurbished gaming product. Thank you!

Everything was great. The charging cable was chewed up but works.

This switch looked and performed like new! I trust the Best Buy geek squad and am confident that that this was a great choice!

Very happy with my purchase and would 100% recommend the only thing I have to say is that since the day that I got it, it occasionally freezes and the only way to fix it is to completly power off and on which is frustrating when playing a game but it doesn’t happen too often.

It has been a good experience so far. I am liking that everything is working well.
