Customer Ratings & Reviews

The switch arrived like new. I can’t tell it’s been used. I just wanted a switch to play Animal Crossing. It has worked great with no issues. It actually came with Mario Kart already included in the system. It came in the original box with the Switch, the stand, and the cords. I would highly recommend.

The refurbished Nintendo Switch is a great way to experience the console at a more affordable price without sacrificing quality. It functions like new, with smooth performance and vibrant graphics that make gaming a joy. The system comes thoroughly tested and cleaned, ensuring it’s in top condition before reaching you. The joy-cons are responsive, and the hybrid nature of the Switch allows for seamless transitions between handheld and docked play. Overall, it’s an excellent value for anyone looking to enjoy the Nintendo gaming experience while saving a bit on the initial cost.

It came with absolutely eveeything in great condition, i bought refurbished and there wasn’t anything wrong that ive noticed in 2 days of playing. Screen isn’t scratched, no dents or scrapes, all works really well and the cords are like beand new. Hopefully it stays in this condition because i do worry but so far so great ! It came out to 300.00 so honestly i would recommend just getting the brand new one

Great! We use it everyday and our son loves it so much

Was very spectacle of getting a refurbish switch, but when I got it, it was in original packaging. Look brand new nothing was wrong with it. Nope, stick drift nothing broken.

I received my item in a timely manner. Even though the item was refurbished it was like new.

It was great! Everything worked amazing. Package cane earlier than expected which is always great! Love it.

Came with everything needed no scratches runs good refurbished well

I love it I like playing on the TV and in my hand I’m currently playing Animal Crossing and I love it

My computer came in god conditions and it wasn’t cracked or damaged at all, it also runs perfectly fine, THANK YOU JOY SYSTEMS

Works great. No problems love Nintendo’s games; most ps5 & Xbox games are darker themed & lack the same level of nostalgic novelty. To each their own, but the more dark themed material 1 chooses to engage with the more their heart, mind & life will reflect it. Once I’d have considered it laughable but even nuanced interactions like movies & games affect our perceptions & perspectives; & considering our epigenetic nature should that really come as a surprise?

It's normal to hesitate about buying a refurbished item, but this was as good as new. Whether I am using it or my child, it has held up against rigorous use.

Works great, would have never known it was refurbished.

Fast shipping. New condition. Work's perfect. As good as a new one

Glad I got this switch even tho it was refurbished it’s still works amazingly well which is why I am now for ever getting any electronic equipment from Best Buy

Good as new for much less than new. Came in the factory box with the factory parts and manual. If I didn't tell you it was refurbished you would think it was new. Very happy!

Work great. Good as new even though refurbished. Buy with confidence.

My husband loves it.. he has wanted one for a while now finally bought him one for Christmas. He loves everything about this game even has taken it to work with him once.. he also likes the fact that games he likes for it aren’t very expensive..

Dies alittle fast but decent product and not a lot of stock storage

This was my 3rd refurbished item! Perfect condition, I swear you would think that they are new! Couldn’t be happier!
