Arrived in timely manner. Hardware package was ripped open. Nuts and bolts everywhere. Made it difficult to know which ones to use. Also was Missing needed nuts and bolts to assemble. Support said they needed to " manufacture " the missing parts. Suggestions was take a refund and go purchase needed parts ??

The item is very poorly made, when using anything for the cables it is difficult to move because of the cables being cheap and also when you add weight to the sides it becomes even more un fluid like if that makes sense.
