The second time I played a DVD, my two year old got a bit excited and pulled on the audio cable, the plug broke off and got stuck inside the hole. Now one of the screen is useless. The quality is very poor so make sure your kids don't pull on the cables....since this product is precisely for kids, this might be hard to do.

I purchased this product April 30 and today is May 18th. It’s been out of the box a week and the power cord is already broke. Shady product.

While I know portable DVD players are not the most reliable, this exceeded my expectations. An upgrade from our previous set, larger screen and doesn't have to be plugged in if charged. The screens are light weight and pause when turned off (a necessity with children). They stay well put when strapped onto the headrests. So far no complaints!

Purchased this player so my kids would be able to watch movies during a long road trip. Player was a great size and was easy to set up. I liked that it came with two sets of headphones, car charger and a wall charger for use indoors. Kids were ecstatic at first and we rented a couple of Redbox movies for them to watch. However before the first movie was even completed, the slave screen quit working. Sound still came through but no video. I played with the cable to see if it had just been partially unplugged but to no avail. So the master player still worked though so the kids were able to still watch videos. When I went through a town that had a Best Buy I returned the player.

This works way better the flip screen dvd players. Doesn’t move around on headrest plus huge screen & sound is great. Loads extremely quick compared to others too, awesome price too

Saddly we have been searching for a quality DVD player and I suppose the search is still on. These worked great for about 2 weeks and then they began to skip and not playing brand new DVDs. It does not pick up where your child left off at either so you are constantly having to sit and wait for it to load and then get the DVD back where they were when they got out of the car even if you run in the store for 5 minutes. It takes you 20 minutes to get back on the road. Needless to say we wish we could return them.

We bought these before leaving for vacation to Florida. It's been awhile since I've had a car that didn't have a DVD player in it. These were easy to install and great for the price. They came with ear buds, but we bought over the ear headphones too just because. It's nice that there are 2 screens and you don't have to have both of them on.

The two screens make it easy for both sides of car to see and hear. Can listen through open speakers or silent for other passengers by using earbuds. Only negative is the many cords hanging connecting the two screens are easy to pull accidentally.

We purchased this DVD player because our last one which was a different brand was acting up. This is way to set up and easy to keep my daughter happy. The charged battery will let it keep playing after the car is off. This is a great dvd car system that doesn’t take a genius to install

Pros: affordable, functional, works good, easy to control. Cons: lots of cords, you have to play the same video for both.

Stay away from this unit!!! or this brand all together! Bought this @ Winchester BestBuy in early August 2018. A month later a support ring broke just by adjusting the position on the head rest. Secondary screen also stopped working shortly after. With less a 2 month of use i had to throw it all away, the main DVD player was not able to play original DVDs from start to finish. It would fail half way through the movie. Terrible quality product and terrible manufacturer response. I filed a manufacturer warranty claim and this is literally what they told me: "We appreciate you sending all the necessary information. Upon reviewing your case, it confirms that the unit has a physical damage. Please be advised that such condition voids the manufacturer’s warranty."

Dislike that there is no volume wheel for easy adustment. It does have volume buttons but i prefer a wheel. The remote is handy. Also it seems to not remeber where in the movie you were if you turn the power off to sabe the battery.

Our other one broke on our way to see family. Needed replacement for ride home. Son was thankful. Only downside was volume would only go up to 20 which didn't seem loud enough to block out road noise. But son hasn't complained

Hitting the road without something to entertain my babies can make a trip way too long, so, having a device with dual screen to play their favorite movies is really nice and helpful; good picture quality and decent sound so I can play my music on the front without interrupting their movie. I only had to buy a longer power cord because the one they include in the box is too short, probably I'm going to buy a longer audio cable as well so I can hide it and make the installation look better.

The setup was easy. But for some reason the dvd player has a huge delay when playing a dvd(very annoying). Within 2 months the loop on the back of the player that holds the belt to the player broke. I contacted support and after days of going back and forth sending pictures of the problem, the serial number of the unit and a copy of the receipt, they state that they don't cover the part that broke. Then two weeks into the third month of ownership the A/V plug on the second screen breaks(I'm guessing from the weight of the A/V cable?) and fell inside of the unit. Now I'm down to one screen. If for some reason you decide to purchase this unit, make sure you PURCHASE THE WARRANTY THAT BEST BUY OFFERS!! This way you don't have to deal with overseas support and you just have to swap the unit out with Bust Buy. I most certainly will never buy Sylvania again.

Good quality picture and sound. Only negatives are there are too many cords to connect both players and the power cord is too short.

Bought the product for a long trip with two children. Worked great and kept them entertained. Wish volume went alittle higher, but all in all good investment.

This device works well and is pretty straightforward to use. Only suggestions for improvement would be a faster battery recharge, a longer battery life, and a louder maximum volume. Not sufficient for long drives without having it plugged in, and difficult to hear the sound unless the drive is very quiet. Picture is clear, device maintains playback over road bumps.

First, product works as advertised. It's a dualscreen dvd player. pros: *large, bright display *separate volume controls & system volume control *internal battery/supercap maintains system playability when vehicle shuts off *relatively long cords for screen connectivity & power *simple remote control cons: *master/slave orientation locked - player is behind driver, slave screen is behind passenger. Wish I could easily change that around *disk loading is a pain... bottom of screen on player (driver's side) swings out, slightly, to give access to disk all in all, I like it. only bought it because I lost the power adapter for my RCA dual screen dvd player and we were leaving in mere hours. Universal power adapter I wired up didn't work properly (or unit was damaged) ... onto BestBuy.com for a quick inventory search!

Nice screen size, sound and look. The only not so good thing is that the units have fragile plastic holder straps on the back. They brake easily so it's better to purchase insurance. Price is good only 90 dlls. Overall good product and good video quality. I got two units for my vehicles.
