Beautiful clarity, extremely bright for our back deck. We used to have a regular TV at about 400 nits brightness and you could barely if at all see it. This TV puts out up to 2000 nits. Perfect for watching tv in terms of the visuals even with direct sun. Slight hum from the cooling fans but not bad or noticeable. However, its not even close to as good in terms of being a good google tv as my bravia 8. The remote is so whacky, turn volume up and it will go to max, try to turn it down - doesnt register. Try to use the voice feature, doesnt work. For a tv this price, I expect it to be perfect. However, Im not returning at this time because the tv, audio, etc is great once it get running (takes about 5 minutes after turning on before its really going). Im hoping it holds up but Im disappointed that at this price its not relatively flawless. For its purpose as an outdoor tv though, once we get what we want on, it runs pretty good. And its definitely the right brightness level for our needs. Sylvox - this is for you - get the remote fixed and send me a new one :)
