I did Bilily Blanks Taebo Basic about 10 years ago . I would do the video every day and hadbsignificant weight loss. After putting on weight the past few years, I wanted to try something that would work. Tea-Bo Ripped Extreme is great. It works upper and lower body parts and about 1/2 of theDVD incorporates weights.

I love this workout. I would've given it 5 stars but some of the combos are to fast for me. I can't get it for some reason. However I sweat up a storm and my heart rate is up when I'm getting ripped. The work out is about 45-50 minutes total but it is divided. It begins with Tae Bo but mid way through the workout consist of weights. THE WEIGHTS AND CARDIO TOGETHER BURNS LIKE CRAZY. I would recommend if looking to shed some pounds.
